    Multi-Prêts Hypothèques is a major player in Quebec’s mortgage industry. By developing the tagline “Psst… what’s the rate?”, CARTEBLANCHE successfully positioned Multi-Prêts Hypothèques mortgage brokers as a genuine benchmark standard in the eyes of Quebec consumers.

    The campaign was communicated on television, through printed materials and on the web, as well as involving a competition and a volet 2.0.

    Four television spots, each lasting 15 seconds featured a mortgage broker being interrupted in his daily tasks by clients wanting to know the best mortgage rate for them.

    CARTEBLANCHE also developed another, exclusively web-based volet promoting the benefits of the less-known service of mortgage refinance, also offered by Multi-Prêts Hypothèques.
